Who will win at the 2016 digital publishing game, and why?

Print & Digital Innovators' Summit - ENGLISH Startseite

As we speed into 2016 some predictions for the year already feel old. But there's no doubt it will be another "interesting" year for publishers.

Just this week Digiday wrote, "The sunny day of hot growth for digital publishers are fading into memory as many now face a long, dark winter." It cites slower y-on-y traffic growth for several top pureplay websites, a drop in Facebook referrals to sites not within its Instant Articles network and on the ad revenue side the over-abundance of publishers on the web.

Some of the key questions we have asked ourselves in developing the 2016 programme for the Digital Innovators' Summit were: With so many new and legacy publishers invested in digital, who will be the winners and losers in 2016, and why? And while focussed on winning in 2016, what lies around the corner?

So at the Digital Innovators' Summit in Berlin, from 20-22 March this year (with the main Summit on the 21st and 22nd) we will have expert thinkers and doers on stage discussing trends, strategies and practical approaches to digital, to help you develop your A-game in order to thrive.
